RBI Grade B Recruitment 2025: Selection Process
RBI Grade B Recruitment is constituted by the Reserve Bank of India in a total of three stages
- Phase 1: Preliminary Examination
- Phase 2: Main Examination
- Phase 3: Personal Interview
In the preliminary examination, questions of general awareness, English language, quantitative ability and reasoning are asked. In the main examination, questions of economics, social issues, financial management, analysis, English are asked.
Pay Scale For RBI Grade B Recruitment 2025
After appointment to this post, the candidate is given an initial basic salary between 55200 -99,000. Apart from this, the candidate is also given allowances like dearness allowance, house rent allowance, education allowance, medical facility, government accommodation, laptop, newspaper, telephone, gratuity, pension etc. Overall, CTC of 16 to 18 lakh rupees is provided per annum.
